Click any company card to view the full profile. Profile views cost ₹10 each from your wallet.
Click the heart icon on any profile to add it to your Shortlist. Access your shortlist from the sidebar to review saved companies and move them into your Leads pipeline when ready to act.
Go to Campaigns → Settings and connect your Gmail or WhatsApp Business account. Then create a campaign, choose your recipients from the directory, write your message, and send.

The CoTrade directory is a curated database of 45,000+ international food buyers and 15,000+ food suppliers. Each profile is built from real shipment and trade data, enriched with business information sourced from our CRM and partner databases.
Use the directory to identify the right companies to approach for your export business — research before you reach out.

Every user gets 30 minutes of free directory browsing per day (resets at midnight). During this window you can view company cards and basic details.
To unlock a full company profile (trade history, contacts, enriched data), a charge of ₹10 per profile view is deducted from your wallet or membership credits.
Credit priority: If you have an active Copago Membership, view credits are consumed first before your wallet balance is used.
Contacts are verified key persons associated with a company — typically the CEO, Procurement Head, or a primary business contact. They include name, designation, email, phone, and LinkedIn details where available.
Contacts are complementary to a profile — they significantly add value for outreach but not every company in our database has a verified contact yet. We continuously add and verify contact data.
Tip: Use the "Has Contact" filter in the directory to show only profiles with a contact person. This is especially useful when planning targeted outreach campaigns.
Use the filter panel on the left side of the directory to narrow by:
Company Type — Buyer or Supplier
Country — source or destination market
HS Code — specific product category
Has Contact — profiles with verified contacts only
Buyer / Supplier Type — importer, distributor, retailer etc.
Use the search bar at the top to search by company name directly.

Campaigns
CoTrade supports two campaign channels — Email and WhatsApp.
Email campaigns use your own Gmail account connected via Campaign Settings. WhatsApp campaigns use the Meta WhatsApp Business API via your own registered business number.
Go to Campaigns → Settings → Gmail Setup. You need:

A Gmail App Password (not your regular password)
To generate an App Password: Google Account → Security → 2-Step Verification → App Passwords. Create one for "Mail" and paste it in CoTrade.

Your Phone Number ID from Meta Developer Console
A permanent System User Access Token

Yes. WhatsApp requires Meta-approved message templates for outreach to users who haven't messaged you first. You can create and submit templates in your Meta WhatsApp Manager. Once approved (typically 24–48 hours), they appear in CoTrade's campaign builder.
Email campaigns have no such restriction — you can send freely once Gmail is connected.

Leads
Leads is your built-in prospect pipeline. Add buyers from the directory as leads and track them through stages: New → Contacted → Interested → Negotiating → Converted or Lost.
Each lead stores the buyer's details, your notes, last contact date, and a full cadence history.
Cadence Steps are follow-up tasks attached to a lead. Examples: "Send WhatsApp in 3 days", "Follow-up email in 1 week", "Call next Monday". Each step has a due date and can be marked done as you complete it — keeping you organised across many leads.
Yes — use the Export button on the Leads page to download all leads as a CSV. You can also push leads to an external CRM via a webhook URL configured in Leads settings.

Your CoTrade wallet holds your credit balance for profile views. Every new account receives a ₹100 welcome bonus automatically on signup.
Profile views cost ₹10 each. If you have an active membership with view credits, those are consumed first before wallet balance.

CoTrade operates a strict no-refund policy on all wallet top-ups and subscription payments. In case of a verified technical fault on our end, we will activate your plan or credit your wallet accordingly. We do not issue cash refunds. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
Go to Wallet → GST Details and save your billing information (legal name, GSTIN, address). After each payment, a GST invoice is automatically generated and available under Wallet → Invoices.
