With our state-of-the-art and fully automated manufacturing unit, we have an impressive installed capacity of over 120 MT per month for papad production. Our fully integrated facility ensures a NO HUMAN TOUCH production process, incorporating advanced machinery such as pulverizers, vibro sifters, and dough mixing and processing equipment.
One of our remarkable offerings is our automated horizontal flowwrap machine, which integrates a checkweigher solution for precise packaging. We also boast multiple batch fryers, extruders, and induction fryers, along with an auto die-cutter for producing namkeens and maida-based papdi puris.
In 2015, we embarked on papad production, expanding our product range to include value-added and healthy options that enhance regional flavor experiences. This move allowed us to establish ourselves as a prominent papad exporter. In 2020, we took a leap into the international market by initiating exports, with our first shipment reaching the United States. Building on our success, we further diversified in 2022 by introducing namkeens and savory snacks into our production line.
